- Custom Field Services can provide your company with important
information concerning your residential property investment. The
primary purpose for these inspections is to inform the client
concerning the occupancy status, Insurable damages, and any other
liabilities regarding the property. We can customized any report to
meet your needs.

Our network of qualified inspectors enables us to provide you
with prompt and accurate information on Shopping Centers, Hotels,
Apartments, Health Care Centers, Office Buildings and many other
commercial properties located in Virginia. Our professional team
of commercial inspector's are familiar with the area in which the
property is located, and many of them have managed commercial
properties in the past, allowing them to qualify what constitutes as
deferred maintenance and give a more educated market analysis.

- Property Preservation
Property Preservation Services are provided by Custom Field Services
throughout Virginia, by our own in house qualified property mechanics. By
using our own professionals we are able to provide quick completion
times and have a personal grasp on quality control.
All property maintenance and preservation is completed according to
applicable and current specifications. We adhere to all FHA (HUD) and VA
guidelines. With regard to Conventional loans there is no pre-determined set
of guidelines, therefore we will either customize the service to your
specifications, or follow FHA guidelines. We will supply you with
complete damage reports, bid estimates, written completion forms, and digital
photographs documenting what work was completed, and the extent of the
damages.

Our Investigative Services Team is still in the process of being
assembled; However we hope to soon be the first Service Management
provider to be licensed with the Department of Criminal Justice
Services in Virginia.
D.C.J.S. overlooks all Virginia state investigative agencies.
With this licensing we will be able to provide services such as asset
and collateral location and personal or corporate investigative reports.
