Types of Inspections

We can complete many different types of commercial inspections all of which may be tailored and customized to meet your needs.

Annual or Semi-annual Commercial Property Inspection
This inspection will provide you with information concerning:
            * General Appearance and Accessibility
            * Deferred Maintenance
            * Rent Roll (if applicable)
            * List of current capital improvements
                    * Market Trends and Neighborhood Stability

Commercial Insurance Loss Draft
This inspection will provide you with the inspectors opinion on the approximate percentage of completed repairs based on the amount of damages incurred. It will also give you managers signature assuring that the work was completed satisfactorily. However it does not attest to the quality of the work completed.

Improvement Compliance
This Inspection is comparable to the loss draft. It will provide you with a completion percentage based on the amount of improvements being inspected. It will help you monitor the properties capital improvements and allow the release of funds from escrow.

Inventory Inspection
This inspections purpose is to provide you with an accurate count of the product in inventory that is currently still on the property. A current inventory sheet is provided by the client and an inventory specialist is sent to the property to verify that all the product on the clients inventory sheet is physically on the premises. The Inspector should be able to identify each products location.

**All of our commercial products are tailored to the type of business they pertain to, and are fully customizable to meet your requirements. In addition all of our inspectors are present themselves as professionals and are there to represent the client.
