Custom Field Services is able to provide a vast array of property
preservation and rehabilitation services. If a specific request or service is

Allow Access
Upon request we will arrange to have one of our property mechanics
allow access for an individual to enter a property secured with a HUD
or VA master key.
Board Broken...
This order authorizes a property mechanic to board a broken window
according HUD or VA specifications.
Debris Removal
This order authorizes the property mechanic to remove interior,
exterior, or hazardous debris at the property as authorized by the
client or regulatory guidelines for a specific loan type.
Eviction Scheduling and Completion
Custom Field Services will make the necessary arrangements with the
local law enforcement officials and schedule one of our eviction crews
to complete the eviction. The eviction will be completed as directed
by the law enforcement officer.
Lawn Maintenance
Custom Field Services will provide any lawn maintenance needed
to maintain the property's appearance, and relieve the property
of any existing or potential violation of local ordinance
Custom Field Services will also provide you with a bi-monthly auto
re-cut order to maintain the lawn throughout the season. As always we
follow regulations and pricing guidelines for each specific loan type,
or as the client requests.
Minimum Securing
This order authorizes Custom Field Services to provide initial
securing according to regulatory guidelines for a specific loan type.
This service typically includes locking all doors and windows, one
lock change, one padlock, winterization, and initial lawn
maintenance.
Prepare for Conveyance
After the foreclosure sale or the redemption time has
elapsed Custom Field Services will make sure work required
by the necessary guidelines and regulations is completed. And the work that is not complete
and can be completed within the regulatory fee schedule will be
completed. If there is additional work that cannot be completed within
the fee schedule an estimate will be provided to bring the property
into conveyance.
Re-secure as Required
This order authorizesCustom Field Services to re-secure an
unsecured property that was previously secured. The property will be
secured according to regulatory guidelines for a specific loan type,
unless otherwise instructed.
Secure Pool
Custom Field Services can secure the pool or hot tub at a property
according to regulatory guidelines for a specific loan type. This
could include boarding, pumping water out of pool, chemical treatment,
and padlocking the pool gate. An estimate will be provided for this
type of securing.
Winterization
This order authorizes Custom Field Services to winterize the
plumbing of a property to prevent freeze damage according to
regulatory guidelines for a specific loan type.
