Custom Field Services will soon have the capability of offering more
extensive research services and techniques. You will be able to order
virtually any publicly recorded legal document, such as DMV records,
Licenses and Certifications, Criminal records, and property
"Legal" records. By the addition of this department Custom Field
Services will be able to provide you with almost any type of
information concerning your investment.
Examples of Services
Investigative Reports
An Investigative report will provide the client with legal documents
concerning locations, licenses, certifications, owned real-estate ,and
all other public legal documents that can be
obtain through normal legal means. In addition if requested interviews
with neighbors, employers, or borrowers can be conducted and reported.
Legal Investigation Inspection
The purpose of this investigation is to provide the client with the
names of the occupants, and the location of the borrower, if not
residing at the property.
Process Service
In select metropolitan areas the client may request non-personal
judicial process services. All attempts will be made to make direct
contact however if no contact is available the process must be able to
be served as non-personal and left at door. Personal Process Service
is available on a case by case basis.
Site Survey
A site survey provides the approximated distance between two points
of reference when it is necessary to isolate where a structure is
placed relative to lot lines of the property, or landmarks. All
measurements for this type of inspection are completed and determined
by a field inspector, not a licensed surveyor, and are not precise
measurements for legal documentation.
Investigative Inventory
This is an inventory designed for the purpose of collaborating the
inventory sheet and purchase orders received from the client and the
actual product inventory at the property, for the purpose of locating
lost, embezzled, or stolen property. This inventory is much like the
inventory explained in the commercial inspection section, except that
it is much more in depth and directed more towards finding out why
it's missing and who took it.
